When - The weekend of August 20th
Why - Why not.

A weekend gives us a lot to do. I would like to plan tech sessions, swap meet, and a drive of course. There is also something for the family to do as well.. be it hiking or soaking in Pagosa's Natural Hot Springs..

I will need help in setting up some events, but overall its just a meet and a good way to get together. So far Ive contacted several BMWCCA Chapters and I think they are pretty stoked as well.

As far as lodging goes I have about 80 rooms and will be giving them out at a discounted rate. Im still working to iron that out.

Although it is peak season i can get down to $60 a night.
Reservation code is BMW and the car you are bringing. Ie BMW e36 325 or BMW e28 535..

This way I can keep track of what we have and keep everyone updated.

Not sure what sort of tech sessions you had in mind, but I used to put on tech sessions for women through the San Diego chapter of BMWCCA and the dealership that I used to work at. Let me know if I can help in any way.

I already called you and booked my reservation. I have been talking it up with locals in the area and there is definately interest and likely additional locals will be joining me for the trek in August. There is a link to this thread on the local BMW Chapter.

As for activities, what would you recommend for scenic drives, outdoor activities for family members, featured resturaunts, breweries, etc.

No matter, I am looking forward to meeting with other Bimmer owners from around the four corner states and beyond to talk it up.

Maybe some of you have heard of the Bavarian Autosport show and shine, they have free food and beer...

You may not want to eat my cooking but I will order some kegs of beer, for free consumption... 21 to drink though, because i do not feel like losing my liquor license.
