Just thought I'd post an update of some new products. Well, one is new, the other is a redesign. Some of you have seen this already if you are on the E21 Legion Facebook page.

The rear subframe mounts have been redesigned, and cores are no longer required, which will reduce occasional shipping delays. These are now completely custom built replacements, using water jetted flanges that are TIG welded in the center of the carrier to reduce negative camber on a lowered car (but not so much as flipping the OEM carrier upside down, which tends to cause conflict between the trailing arms and the bottom of the car). Completely custom bushings and sleeves have been designed specifically for this purpose. The steel carriers are powder coated black for a durable finish. The first customers that have received these new mounts are very pleased with them.

The new product is a Bilstein gland nut wrench with a 50mm opening. I have recently learned that these are NLA new, so I have replicated them. No longer do you need to use a pipe wrench and mar the aluminum gland nut to remove or install Bilstein strut inserts in the front of your car.

    Hi Jesse,
do you know of a good DIY step by step procedure to replace all the suspension bushings (with your products)? I did note the couple of diagrams on your site but was looking for a detail procedure? If you have one, please PM me or post it or if there is a DIY post in the forum you can link it here would be great. Looking forward to getting a set of your bushings and putting on my wishy washy E21 soon. BTW what size wheels/tires are on your 323 in your signature. looks great.
    thanks
    Jason

Installation diagrams based from the Factory Service Manual are now available on the Eurometric Website

Also, early style (up to 9/1978) control arm bushings are now available without the need for direct cast into the arm. This is a product that I have been trying to develop for year, and I'm finally satisfied with the design.

Yeah he's still around. He's on the legion facebook all the time. I don't see him post here all that often though.

I ask because I've emailed him on his site a week or so ago and messaged him on his Facebook with no response. I am really just wondering what the durometer or hardness the poly material is that he uses if anyone else knows too.

Interesting, I don't remember seeing an email on that, and I just responded on the FB post, but everything I make is shore A, 94 durometer.

Sorry for the late reply, I'm not on the forums much anymore.

Just looked at his site, seems the site is up, but the store is down. nothing comes up when you click on the "store" link.

I Second that. I just ordered some parts as well. Very responsive. And the bushings look great! Just waiting for the 20" of snow to melt!
