Satan is hyped. Sorry for your loss.
Sorry for the loss, loosing everything like that must be very traumatic as I am sure there were some rare/unreplaceable things in that garage. A very fitting end to a era/icon as controversial as Rusty was. Again my condolences
Wow that sucks...Very sorry

Maybe it's a sign? I mean... The car was supposed to be scrap how many times now?
Hope to see you recover and at least you still have the E36.

RIP Rusty way to go out in a blaze of glory. Glad everyone is ok, sure the next project will be epic!
Sorry for being rude, but all you guys need something better to do than gather here and cry together about a rusted to shit 80's 5 series on airbags. The ONLY thing that seperated this car from any other was the owners taste in expensive premium wheels. If this is not a joke it only makes me laugh harder.
"Dude I think thats a cop."
"Yeah man, we should probably go faster.."
A true loss.... My condolences. Appropriate thread title, too
What is the current condition of the wheels?

wow, good luck at moving forward!
Very sorry to hear the news. I'm glad you're doing ok.
Glad everyone was safe. Looking forward to your new project.
Yeah no one here is mourning the loss of the car itself, it could be replicated with enough time and money, but in its colorful history I'll bet Mike has put his hands on just about every inch of that car in some way or another. Thousands of pieces have been worked and reworked in pursuit of his vision. It's more about the sentimental value and the blood, sweat, and tears than anything. It's a shame that you don't understand that but I guess that's what separates the true enthusiasts from the posers.
If I burned my own POS car down, I wouldn't make a thread asking for sympathy, I wouldn't post pictures all over the internet. I wouldn't expect other members to defend my honor. I'm not trolling, I don't need attention, I just think its beyond ridiculous for you all to give that much of a fuck. The car was fugly, illegal in most states, and got burned to the ground by its owner. I find it hilarious and I don't think its out of line.
