Some cars I just can't let go of.
Looks like I'll get some practice, I picked up a new project that also needs the headliner replaced.
Yeah like wise, If I can get things sorted I might make it to M car day this year.
It looks so good I just had to pass on a byzanz.. Too many projects I need to finish up. I'm sure I'll be regretting it one day.

I've been lurking during the S54 transplant, but that shot above deserves praise. Could not be more awesome!

OOF. I miss seeing your car. I think the last time was some show years ago, but I love everything about it. You ever consider doing a suede headliner? I can send you the link where I got my fabric if you need it. It's really good quality, same foam thickness to match OEM BMW headliners.
I miss my Rieger lip!!
Here's one at a BMW show recently, unfortunately I didn't get the best spot so enjoy a bone stock e46 next to me. I had to make the colors a little wonky just to get the car to pop a little bit. Also, dat water beading.

Thanks for the nostalgia.. I had the opportunity to buy a '97 M3 sedan in Estoril Blue a few years back and still regret it! I rarely see them on the roads now.
I'm glad to hear it. Thanks
Those are E39 wheels, correct? Et20?
What's the width? I have 17x9 et20 in the back and had the fenders rolled 3 times and it still rubs to the point it's destroying the sidewall on my tires over bumps. Mind you I left the car at stock height to minimize the rubbing.

My wheels are with E38 . May et 22 and 9 inches wide . The most important thing is that you have a tire . I have rolled fenders and tires 225/35 and the third slightly only in extreme situation . When I was 215/40 is nothing spawn. I have set the maximum negative.
Yeah I have stock 245/40R17 in the back. I guess I should probably stretch the tire a bit. I pulled the camber until it was border line negative but not all the way negative. Michelin Pilot Super Sports are expensive tires and since they're staggered I can't rotate them. Not trying spend $400 for two tires every couple of months lol
Maybe 225/45R17 will work for me in the rear.

Because the only time my car looks good is when she's wet....
