    e36 instrument cluster light on dont know what its HELP!!!!!!!

    I got a 1995 318is and a light on the instrument cluster came on and I dont know what it is or what its called. It looks like a circle with gear teeth on the outside of it its near the check ingine and all those other light Does anybody kno what that means and whats it called help please

    imagine a colon with 3 dots instead of 2----> :O:

    If this is it, then it is the brake wear sensor, indicating that you need some new ones.
