hi all, (proud to resurrect a thread like this, all the previos 20 pages helped me a lot)
just a quick question related to DME update on my car that has received a 2.8 engine swap (but the DME stills the OEM 323cic)
my actual inpa dates are:
date of production: 03.07.00
changing index: DA
SW Number: 7501898
Officalnumber: 1429763
Assembly number: 7501897 (this is the actual ZUSB right?)
exhaustvariant: CAT
i tried to look for an update on winkfp but none of the numbers seems to correspond (by searching i've discovered that BMW changed them with other)...
i'm not interested in updating that map(checked just for curiosity), but winkfp keep saying that that number, related to the vin, is incorrect (why?)
i'm more interested in upload the latest euro2 (NO CAT) m52tu28 sw...
can you please specify which one do I have to search for in winkfp mds42 list? (spdaten 53)
thanks in anticipation
N.
Bumping this thread.
Are you positive about that? I flashed EU2 7545671 which is supposed to not monitor post cat O2s.

When I first flashed this tune, I had my LC1 connected. Could it be the reason why these's a monitor for O2 heater? I've read somewhere that you should remove the fuse for the O2 heater to remove the monitor? Is that true?
