    Bought my dream wheels today!

Hey guys, reposting this from rides and styling but anyway, today I was fortunate enough to be able to pounce on these... my absolute dream wheel for the e39. Authentic staggered Alpina Softlines, two piece, with polished lips!

Thanks to Jeff for a lovely set of wheels. I couldn't be more pleased.

Also if anyone is interested in a set of BBS style 42's, check out my signature

    Thanks!
    Dan

haha I know! They're impossible to find for the 2001-2003 bumper though, and I swore after my last experience that I'd never buying anything from KSK again, so I might be stuck with the OEM front M-tech lip

Thanks for the kind words guys.

Yup I had never seen that before either. It's not too bad, those locks are pretty quick to come off. Checked and put air in all my tires this morning in about 5 min

Plus I think it's kind of funny, I have the alpina locks, and then underneath I have the oem bmw wheel lock bolt (came on the car). Going to make for one frustrated thief...

I like how your car looks sophisticated with those rims. It is a different look for me compared to the aggressive look that some E39s have.

So how does that valve stem work? Do they run a line inside one of those spokes?

I really like that idea, cleans the look of the wheel up very nicely. I would imagine that there is either a line, or that one of the spokes is hollow?

    Nice Wheels!

I think it's in a spoke as well but not sure

They look good but dates the car greatly. There is another style alpina uses that looks much better.

Looking great!! All time fan of Alpina wheels here.

    How about some 10mm-15mm spacers?
