750IL limp mode, testing waters for parts

I have yet to speak to the owner yet but i found another cheap e32 locally running in limp mode. Its a 90 750iL. Build date unknown, other details unknown other than model and year.

Can i have a list of possible culprits of why this would happen? Im wondering if this is a simple fix and the owner is just fed up with it or a major problem.

Owner is asking 600 for it. I may snag it for parts and sell here so if interested please post your interests so i can get a feel if its worth it to help others here out.

Car is black out and prob black/gray interior but not sure.

Sorry didnt know that was a thread regarding limp mode.

I looked at the car today, ran decent enough. Needed valve cover gasket on drivers side, eml light would not come on, broken headlight and housing, has awful headliner, drivers seat back twists when power turned on. Rear seats do not move with power, trunk had some water in it where the spare would have been, drove ok, tons of error messages in dash, cluster was not screwed down, check engine light blinked at me when driving, trans shifted decent actually, body was straight paint was garbage, no windows rolled down, panel below wheel and all brakcets entirely missing. New cats, new battery. Car started right up. Did not check locks, possible pentosin cannister leak, possible leak at oil cannister towards bottom.

If you do go through with it, I need fuel rails, and maybe injectors. I think my driver's side rail is leaking. The end of it always ends up bathed in fuel after driving it.
Also, floor mats. And if they aren't cracked, the tail lights.
