Help me,,,, engine not starting

My non vanos E34, I've changed the engine to Vanos one, and the car is not starting, I checked the battery, spark pluys where sparking, oil, petrol, fuel getting in, I tried alot of ECU's but not working



Anyone have ideas what going because don't anymore cheers

i remember something about a coded key linked to vanos engines? you may need a special chip to fix this issue? sorry for being so vague but this is all i can remember.... some guy did an m3 swap into his 325(?) and ran into the same problem... pretty recent post, check the 3 series forums and m3 forums.
