Fabian your car is epic! When I said Alpinas above I had a picture of your 7 in my head. Soft lines FTW!

Running on all 8 cylinders once again!

I plan on picking up some 95's.

Can someone suggest ideal tire sizes for Style 95's on the E38?

I personally love M-Pars, with Alpina in second.

    Basketweaves are cool too.

    I run 18" M-Pars with Yokohama AVS SPORT 235/50 and 255/45 - I likes them.

But the Alpina Softlines is the rim for the E38 IMHO and 20 inch Alpina Softlines of course.

E65 sizes work fine if you are getting some take off rims, 245/45/19 up front, 275/40/19 in the rear

I used to love BMW stock wheels only but have gotten bored from them after 15 years. I am a deep dish fan now: rsz_1rsz_bmw_750il.jpg

    Stunning car & interesting set-up

You've got 9J alloys all round but what spacers, spacer size and bolts are you running?

Is your E38 lowered at all or on OEM suspension still?

    Thanks!
The front didn't need spacing. Rear spacers are 15mm and came with longer bolts. The car is on stock sport suspension.

I'm frankly bored with my Alpina Softlines so I might get Hartge 21" wheels if I find any, very rare but a few for sale in Germany. Don't like the design of the 21" Alpina wheels either.

Borrowed pics from the german 7-forum I think.

I like those a lot too. They are probably the only wheels I'd want other than my 101's
