yep. I had a problem with one and swapped out the time set unit and all was well again.

Haha yeah, one's oil temp and the other is coolant temp. The steering wheel is RPM Race Gear - deep dish 350mm suede

@bmac is that a push starter in place of the ignition switch? i like it. does it still have a key somewhere.

Yes the push button starter is in place of the ignition switch. The key works on the doors and trunk.

Not at this point, I have in storage so they don't get damaged or worn further. Though I have an enthusiast who wants the Alpina seats, which I may be selling him next week. If I do so I will be fitting the e30 sport seats in cuz they are MINT! And then hopefully finding a way to take the car off the market and keep it!

E30 sport seats are far more typical and several people have already converted to them. E24 seats are pretty big, I bet they'd look weird.

Here's mine, bone stock. Still has factory Blaupunkt 8-track player in dash, non-ac. Only mod is the leather wrapped wheel from PO. I removed EVERYTHING, cleaned, and re-installed last summer. Perfect aside from a few small dash cracks.

No, I do them. Lately I've been doing them in a 3 color "euro stitch", and They turn out real nice.
