I just put a e31 on mine with the led. ! think it looks great. It looks like this one except it's a little shorter. I bought it prepainted. Match was excellent.

I would really like to NOT see this thread die. I have postponed installing my 'other style' wing in anticipation of the RD or ACS reproduction.

Well, RD is located about 2 miles from my house in anaheim and has everything e31 in stock (they say) except for wheels-might give them a call...
i really wanted the rear wing on my car but couldn't find one that looked as good as the one on the white 8. is that an e31 version? i looked into the e36 version but just wasn't quite right.
Zeke....any news?
Thx,

Ouch, my eyes.......
Randy, but it matches to the front!
I am working on the front bumper
Does not suit the 8 IMO
errr, No.
Sorry, each to his own and all that but in this case I don't think it suits the car at all.
Wow looks like the rear wing off my 06 Roush Mustang.

What do you plan to do with the front bumper?
The Roush wing on the 8 reminds me of bosozoku cars
(to those unaware of what those might be- http://speedhunters.com/archive/2010...zoku-meet.aspx)

I like it so wanna see the front when done. How much modification was there to making this work?
Its short for Crime Scene Investigation.....who will be examining the car(scene of the crime) shortly .....only leg pulling.....xx ps Why do they call them spoilers ?......

Cuz they "spoil" the airflow creating eddies and smoother CD numbers.

No the previous owner sutck the badge on there, I will be eventually de badgin the car, maby ghost 8 badge will be on it
I'm not trying to build a fake CSI.
Thanks. There was quite a bit of modification needed.
The center was cut shorter
the angle front to back of trunk
the bottom edge front and back of the center peice,
and the curvature of the car for the side peices
it does over hang the bumper a little, but no where near any thing as radicle as the bosozoku cars .
I will get some better pics, these ones were just rushing out the door to go away for 4 days of work in Niagara Falls
