I have to agree with Randy on this one, I know this is a matter of taste but that wing wouldn't look right (IMHO), in your mock-up pic it looks as though it's the wrong way round - I know it isn't but that's the point I'm making, I don't think it'll look right.

Rob, thanks for your referral. This is what I got from Harrison;

The e31 wing is no longer available. We shipped our last one right before Christmas. It has now been removed from our website.

A bit disappointing but I have a lot of patience. There are many things to do on my car so this isn't a priority. Only thing puzzling about that email from Harrison is their font and color choices.

Any of you body work guys think about chopping the ends off a M3's wing and extending the wires and adding length on both sides?

I found a company here in BC that would be willing to replicate the RD parts cabon fiber (expoy or polyester)

I will get prices from them, so this way we can get the RD front spoiler and rear deck lid spoiler... made....

Ya'll don't like the one I have...........so, let me know if the folks will make the RD style or if we had a copy of an AC Schnitzer one (That'd be great) and the cost, availability, etc. I'll hold off on mounting the one I have.

Interesting... and seems different from the two RD spoilers I have, both dating to the old original RD days. On mine the vertical line extends the corner line of the 'trunk' and does not curve backward. I also do not recall the back edge being so curved but that can be an optical illusion due to the dramatic color difference and the perspective.

I will try to get a picture or two in the upcoming weekend.

Fwiw, I am with wolf - I like the lines the way they are w/o the lip. One of my 850s came with the spoiler installed and I picked up the other one thrown in with a set of gorgeous RD rim. It is still wrapped in original RD colors plastic.

It matches the curbvature that slopes down on the rear quarters as seen from the rear. it really does look like it belongs
