I took my rims to Coast 2 Coast Powder Coating - Maplewood, New Jersey
Great people, reasonable prices... I chipped one rim while driving it back and they were willing to fix at no charge, I never bothered but it did mean a lot. It's been over a year now and powdercoat is holding up great. I'll definitely take another set to them as soon as I'll get bored with this one,

As for the tints, you can't go wrong with most of the certified 3m film installers, after my tint-god left the business I did my last car with Tintmax in Flushing and there's nothing I could complain about
