Real. You can see the indentation for the P/N sticker on the bottom right of the base.

What is the current going value for an OEM LTW/GT1 wing in mint condition? Ditto question for a GT2, as well as the both the upper and lower gurneys?

Wicker bills are NLA. I see them over a grand (for a strip of rubber...)

But there is a member here making replicas that will be less expensive but I don't know pricing as it is a work in progress...

The GT wing is available. I believe Turner sticks the coupe and sedan version. That's where I got mine although that was a decade ago...

GT wing is absolutely NLA. The base has been for at least 5 years.

    - 98 m3, techno/anthrazit cloth, 124k and officially worthless - 89 m3, alpine/black 143k and officially old - 2000 323it, tiag/grey, 169k and officially boring

    Coupe or sedan? (Or both?)

I bought mine probably 10 years ago now.

The splitter is apparently still active. I was chatting with someone recently on that.

Splitter is for sure available. I bought one at the dealer about 2 months ago, and just ordered the middle splitter supports yesterday to replace the GARBAGE replica supports. Coupe and sedan wing base are NLA. Wing upper was available until about 2 years ago.

That sucks. I wanted to get another sedan base for my ti because I don't like the job they did blending it around the rear window...

I guess I have to watch out for used ones!

The Polish wing looks good in the posted photo... I'd want to see many more photos but it seems to be decent.

How it behaves at 100+ mph is another story...

I'm not sure the point of looking for something cheaper than the Lester wing. Its cheap, and its proven not to be garbage. Anything else is just a gamble to save maybe $100 from a $1000+ endeavour by the time you paint and fit it. I think its 399 from schmeidmann.

Agree about Lester. However there is a new fiberglass version with no sag that's making its rounds. I still prefer Lester due to the material.

Anyone have a dealer that can check how many tray splitters are available in North America and Germany? I'd imagine bmw made a ton because it's expected to explode but who knows.

Last I checked there were like 250, but that was months ago. The parts guy said there is no reason to believe they are going to discontinue it though. Not sure why he knows, but he seems pretty up to speed on hard to get parts. He was so stoked when I ordered it.

Likely the tray. There is no "kit" part number.

Yep referring to the tray, the front bracket I just ordered is back ordered, but they expect 150 may 10th to the warehouse. It seems they are all still manufactured as any normal part.

I did not even realize those OEM LTW front splitters were available. The tray looks to be about $300 and the left/right brackets $150 each. The other little pieces add up quickly so going all OEM on this would be expensive, can it be installed (for cosmetic purpose) without the center bracket?

oof price has gone up quite a bit. I got mine for around $230. And you need support in the center and the ends. It would probably be dragging on the ground at 25mph with no center bracket.

Also want to note that all replica side splitters are taller than the OEM ones which causes a gap between the center of the tray and stock lip. I've experimented with a few variations and it's the same case with each.

I don't see the filler pieces on your parts list above either. They go under the straight lip spoiler most regular m3's have on either end.

The splitter is right under that lip in the center and it drops down on the ends. Without those, you have a big gap on each side...

They were about $50 each but who knows now.

PS they use the same holes the lip spoiler does.

PPS if you are going to put a wing on the back you must add the filler pieces. My GT wing came with them in the kit and it warned about instability if they are not installed.

It's not the corner pieces, it's the entire assembly that needs to be installed to offset the rear downforce. They are about 130 per side. I have reps on mine. As buster said, they left me with a small gap in the centre.
Those corner pieces without the splitter will do nothing to offset the rear wing other than look a bit better.

I'm pretty sure no one runs the tray without the side splitters...

From the class II spoiler installation manual:

    "Important safety information
For reasons of vehicle dynamics, it is only permitted to mount the class II rear spoiler in conjunction with the class II front apron.

However, it is recommended to install the entire aerodynamic package (front and rear apron, sill trim and rear spoiler)..."

    Those corner pieces are called:

    Front spoiler bottom section, left 51 11 2 264 029

    Front spoiler bottom section , right 51 11 2 264 030

Yes, those instructions are saying to only install the rear wing with the whole LTW splitter "assembly" and vice-versa. The front tray is never to be mounted without the side splitters or as you called them, "filler pieces."
