Thought I might post a few actual 1995 LTW wing images I have come across:

Sorry to bump this thread from the dead, but what has the general consensus on ebay low rise ltw wings been? I just can't possibly justify spending $800 plus paint for a spoiler...
Still $599 for the 4Pc High version.
In stock, ready to ship.

Hey Fellas,
Typically, how much did ya spend to have high version painted to match your car?
Curious.

HAD an actual 1995 M3 LTW top (high) wing and risers but a replica lower wing. No mounting kit (nuts/bolts/template/etc).
Sold them here.
And with the money was able to get a (perfectly) painted replica wing (the eBay hi one) and...new Monroes struts all around, which after 110k the car REALLY needed.
Wing was OBO on eBay and cost me $230 shipped. It has faux, non-removable risers and weighs 8.5 lbs. IIRC the OEM wing was twice that weight!
I spend just over $200 to have it re-primed and paint. in 1995 there were three different (Code 300) Alpine Whites so make sure you get it right if you have an Alpine M3. Mine was a perfect match despite my 17 yr old paint. So the entire project cost me in the $400 range. Not bad, huh?
I heard a ton about sag. There is a slight curve to the top but it really is slight and frankly (and I had an OEM LTW wing to compare it too) to my eye this one is just as beautiful if painted/matched properly.
I did the install today. Used a 1/4 inch drill on the trunk top (first I tapped a thin nail into the hole in the black plastic tab to mark the exact spot to drill) then paired that with a 3/4 inch bimetal hole saw (would have used 1 inch if I was to do it again) to bore out inside the trunk to make room for the washers. Then blue Loctite on all threads as well as stronger washers, BMW touch-up paint on the raw steel exposed, and some high strength 3M mounting tape. You can really torque those bolts down tight btw.
Went pretty smoothly. I might write it up when I have some time. Took lots of pics. THE METAL (or paint?) SMOKES WHEN DRILLED!!! Who knew!?! lol
Took it on highway to check for wiggling/shaking (there was none) and within 2 effin' minutes...2 MINUTES!!!...of driving a Caddie CTS-V ('04 I think) pulled up and kept trying to get me to run with him. I rolled down my window and did the shame on you finger wag (kinda like "BAD boy!") and that dude was laughing like a school kid at that. But it was pretty funny: install a wing and w/i 2 mins guys want to race.
My favorite thing about it is how ballsy it looks in the rear view and when you turn your head around when backing up. That was unexpected but I love it! Kinda makes the car look stronger if that makes sense.
Couldn't be happier.

Woah, that's very nice.
I see your model has absolutely no "elegant curvature" (sag). Now I see the difference. Plus you have the low setting as an option. The one I bought can only be high. Good stuff.

Ours is made of hard Polyurethane, not fibreglass like the other replicas.
Sorry, no downforce specs. available.
This is the closest you'll get to the original.
Absolutely no sagging, even after years of racing.
Yes, ours have the removable risers to make it a low version.

I wish these could come offered pre-painted to a few of the major BMW colours.
Sucks when you're in a town with very, very limited abilities on completing car tasks correctly, let alone painting something.
I have to travel for anything decent, or it's order..
hate to sound like I am beating a dead horse but again there are different “versions“ of colors for any given year i.e., formy 1995 Alpine white code 300 there are three different shades. Two of them look nothing like my car's paint. Then there's the whole paint aging factor where matching is needed. Matters less on most typical car wings but definitely matters with our LTW design wings, as they connect/blend in with the trunk's bodywork.
CliffNotes: if they came in colors, the chance it would actually match your M3 is slim.

Hey for the life of me I couldn't get my images to post like that. What code did you use? Is there a limit to # of pics in one post? I tried using the the "add pic" button but to no avail. See!?!
