i have searched all over and found the location of the relay for the 750 and 735. i checked the fuse and its fine.... im looking through this and i cant find it

what is an unloader?
also i had the 1222 code from the stomp test, its gone now
now i have the 1212 code which is the secondary O2 sensor, could this cause the engine to not run, or fuel pump to not turn on?
i have the fuel line connecting to the fuel rail pulled, and when i crank the motor over nothing comes out of it...
its a 93 not sure of the month

pg 1362-04 at http://www.e38.org/e32/e32_93_etm.pdf shows M2 Fuel Pump, driven from K6301 Fuel Pump Relay.
It needs K6300 Engine Module Control Relay on pg 1362-00 to be energized (Arrow B becomes arrow G on pg 01.)
Both of these relays are in the E-Box, with the DME.
Unloader Relay is K3 shown on pg 0670-08. Its function is to offload F15 and F18 current from the Acc-Run-Start ignition key switch. See the O arrow on pg 0670-00.

Yes, the 740 documentation has several missing diagrams. Perhaps it was rushed.
You can look down and see which of the relay sockets has thick RED and GRN/VIO wires to it, plus thin RED/WHT and BRN/GRN wires.
But the easiest way to test-run the fuel pump might be to jumper briefly to Fuse 23 from 12V (at the charging post, say). Diagram is on pg 1362-04.
I know this is a bit old but by chance did you figure out which relay it was I'm soooooo lost

The Bentley repair manual has on page 610-6 under electrical components the e-box diagram
There are 3 relays shown for 735 and 740, from outside/fender right side to middle of engine bay: oxygen sensor heater relay (not used on all models)>>>fuel pump relay in the middle>>>>main DME relay
Here in one pic of an 735 it is shown, the yellow relay = fuel pump relay http://bmwe32.masscom.net/johan/elec...s/modules.html
This is for 735 and 750 http://www.autogenius.info/bmw-735i-...e-box-diagram/
this is for all years, download it http://shark.armchair.mb.ca/~dave/BMW/e32/
To test the fuel pump on my 750 I do not use the ignition switch/key, I use a jumper cable, just for 1-2 seconds one end on the B+ pole and the other end onto the fuse 23 for one bank and for the other bank onto fuse 24. Then you can here the fuel pump running.
