Come look at and drive it this weekend!

A couple other things I forgot to mention:
- Driveshaft bearing and guibo were replaced when the 5-lug was swapped.
- It has the aluminum M3 control arms
- Radio has been modified with an Aux-In port just below the cig lighter. Still needs a dummy tape in the tape player to use it....I just cut the cord off a tape adapter and use that (included in sale).
- Freshly vacuumed!!

Preparation is key when doing an ERP migration. Sounds like IT didn't do a good job preparing for the go-live!

IT actually did the best they could given the time constraints handed to them by the CFO to implement on top of the budget and headcount cuts....oh sorry "process improvements". Its not a migration as much as a new external reporting scheme/mechanism and some changes in how some transactions are routed. Dumb timing and decisions is all. All things considered, the PMO worked IT ragged to deploy on time and it's really finances fault they didn't get their people up to speed in time. Now that I've taken my own thread completely off topic...

First e30 i ever drove was a 4 banger 318is, and i loved it ever since, never had a good luck finding a 4 cyl

I hadn't noticed before.. but yes, that is creepily similar to my house. Same color, cedar siding, and 8ft privacy fence at the bottom of a pain in the ass driveway.
