    Getting a 02' M3 and currently, a baller on a budget :)

Whats going on you BMW enthusaists. I know you're time is very limited, although im im at your mercy for assistance. Now thats out of the way, here is what im looking for out of my ///M.

Car this will be done to.
02' Black or Silver M3 w/ Black or Grey Interior, HK, Xenons, Sunroof.

    Stock Specifications
    HP - 333 @ 7900 RPM
    Torque - 262 ft. - lbs @ 4900 RPM
    Weight - 3415 Pounds

    Modification Budget
    $3200

    What im looking for
    HP - 360+ @ 7900 RPM
    Torque - 285 ft. - lbs @ 4900 rpm
    Weight - 3250

    Modifications I got picked out.
Odyssey PC 925 MJT - Light Weight Battery (more CCA)
    Denso Iridium Plugs
    UUC Rasp-X
    UUC Short Shift Kit
    Black Lungs w/ Black Molding
    AA Exhaust (or Borla, UUC)
    ECU Upgrade
UUC Sway Barbs (when wallet permits)
    AC Schnitzer Eye Brows
    ACS Roof Spoiler
Some sort of new Strut Bar
Bimmerforums.com sticker on the back left window :P

Those are some pretty basic upgrades, probably the most critical for my budget and even for the E46 ///M3 itself. AA is coming out with a Supercharger in Feburary or so, which costs roughly 9k with installation, and according to dynos adds 100hp and 80 to the wheels. My ///M will have a system, so the Lightweight battery is basically pointless, although I wouldn't mind the extra CCAs and a much better battery. If anyone else can think of better Modifcations that would have a bigger impact on my performance, please feel free to post. I also wouldn't mind inexpensive cosmetic upgrades, that would have a significant cosmetic impact on my car also.

    Thanks,
    Andrew

To get 360 HP you need headers no cats and a few other small things (pulleys, etc..)
Weight of 3250 will be hard to achieve with a system. Im at 3200 lbs stripped!

UUC Rasp X will take up almost half of your budget. Dont think its a good idea for a soley performance oriented driver.
It is a greatly engineered product for those who hate the rasp and it will make your car sound stronger/better.

You live in FL? I can hook you up with headers.

Why waste your money on a new strut bar? The OEM one works fine.

I don't believe that the 02s even come with Strut bars, except really late revisions.

    Thanks,

the lightweight battery is cool, but bimmers are specifically designed to be on a 50/50 balance, and that might throw it off a little
