I have done some research and figured out taht the only difference between the vanos and non vanos m62 MAfs is that the Vanos one has a temperature probe built into it and this is why it has one extra pin (5 pins total).
No i have a spare vanos MAF and im thinking of installing it into my non vanos motor. Anyone out there have a second Vlume of benley book that could photo copy the page with the maf wiring. I just want to know which wires (vanos and non vanos) are responsible for what (Ground, 12v +, siganl, reference, etc..)
If im able to make the vanos MAf work with out non vanos motors, it would be actually helpful for some people because i know that the VANOS mafs are much cheaper then the circular plug non vanos ones.
