Hey Austin - is that going to be finished by then?? I also found out that *supposedly* I'll be out of MO by the middle of May and back in town long before the meet, so I'll just have to see if the wifey's up to going to Columbia that day. We'll see - I'm hoping to have the new suspension in, alignment done, and BBS's mounted and repolished!

That's awesome! And yeah, she'll be done by then. I pick up the motor March 12th! I still need to find a tranny and ECU but shouldn't be that hard to find. Dave said he usually gives it about to 2-weeks to be road worthy! Which gives me an extra week till 4ngiefest! And I might have another surprise up my sleeve...... <---- I've been using alot of those lately!

Do you have any other mods planned for your E30? I bet that thing will fly with the new engine. Of course you might want to save your mod money for new tires.

As for the Columbia meet. My daughter's b-day is May 27th so I'm betting we'll be having 20+ screaming 6-7 year-olds running out the house that Saturday. But maybe not. I'd much rather be with 20+ screaming BMs running around Columbia.

is anyone local to myrtle beach? im getting my car ready for this summer and hope to get to some meets for group photos and whatnot. i barely see any m's down here just alot of mustangs.

I see my "before" Lucy in one pic! I'd like to plan the route out a little better. The Blue Ridge Parkway is fun but crowded, and I don't want to go through Burnsville again (as there's nothing there and the construction is still going on). I'd like to venture on more back roads and have a meal stop planned. But, ultimately, it's up to you guys where you want to drive.

When is everyone thinking this meet should take place? Early spring, late spring, summer, etc?

I wouldn't mind going to a SC or NC meet. Just have to decide which car to drive. The E36 or E34. Maybe I'll get a buddy to follow me in the other. Just keep me posted.
