low compression as in pistons or .140mls head gasket???
Either way you would think, you are still lowering the compression.
I think if the OP states what the CR has to be then it will help. Also, state how much boost you can/intended to run on this tune. About how much power did you make with this tune? Seems the info you have is kind of vague, add the above to your first post and it might help you some. GLWS.

the tune should be good for 11.7 at 127mph at 1/4 mile . that was my old tune on my car . it made 446whp on dynapack .i took the car a few time run consistent low 12 & high 11 with DR
