The heim joints on mine are adjustable (threaded).

But I am about to replace them since they are old as crap. Any idea on where to get another set?

I measured the springs. Rough measurement shows 174mm/114mm. Has anyone confirmed if the 174mm fits in the seat?

I have a set of old struts. You have the details for the sports?

Good news! For those wanting coilovers, Ireland Engineering can hook you up with e23 camber plates. Last year I saw a picture of some e23 camber plates on Instagram and the guy referred me to Jeremy that worked there. Low and behold, I called him this morning and he said he could have them ready for me this Tuesday... sweet.

I always wanted to find out if any other vehicle shares the same stud pattern as the the e23. I tried the e24 plates but the studs were closer to the center of the strut tower.

What about using standard strut housings with mild springs, such as Dinan/Mtech? Would those plates work?
    I make E23 parts.

Ireland has a spare e23 strut bearing that they use to figure out the stud pattern. I would figure since they are just modifying a blank universal plate, it would be 10 times easier if the car already had a 2.5" coilover kit. Give Jeremy a call. I'm sure he could answer if normal springs would work but I doubt it since the stock ones have such a large diameter.

Saw on here someone was wanting to let go of some front lowering springs, just curious if you guys had them still laying around and how much you want to let them go for? Don't want to cut the stock springs on the ol 745i. Looking for around an inch drop, maybe a little more. Shoot me a message if ya could, thanks.
