gearstick position glitch couses limb mode e34

greetings .
car is :- e34 - 1993 520i euro - 1993 .
problem :- car go to limb mode in the morning, need to drive 1 km and restart car , then car will be ok to the rest of the day .
i got Autocom delphi s150e car diagnostic with 16 to 20 pin adapter to fit in the old obd socket .
successfully, i was able to read car error codes , my car didnt show any error .
instate , the function ( gearbox stick position in P and N ) is showing glitch and randomly change from yes to no wherever i put the gear on , this is in the morning when car will go to limb mode .
when the car is ok after i drive for about 1 km and stop the engine and wait 1 min then restart the car , the reading will be YES at all the position, the car then will exit limb mode .
in addition, my rear parking camera is blinking on and off by it self even in Drive position or P and press gas pedal .
what is the reason makes the car dont know where is the gear in the morning? is it the gear selector?
and does it the couse of morning limb mode ?

i cleaned it today , disassembled and sanded it very well , also checked the connectivity of the slider pins and between all the socket pins along with slides lines , all now in good condition and works perfectly.
still having same problem from the OBD device ( see attached please )https://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/6346cc46...012-WA0001.mp4
