FS: Complete GT30R E36 Turbo Setup

I have a complete E36 turbo set up for sale. From intake to exhaust, and everything in between. All parts are practically new as well, with ~100 miles on everything.

I documented pictures of all of the parts that are included in the kit. Only thing not pictured is the OBD1 tune included from TRM. The tune never had retunes done on it, so it can be used to be tuned specifically to your car's engine. Interested parties can discuss this further with me.

Not looking to part anything out at the moment, since it is a complete kit.

Feel free to ask any questions.

I am located in Irvine, CA.

    Intercooler 24x12x3":

    Spa cast iron exhaust manifold:

TRM over the subframe intercooler piping (also pictured are some of the couplings/clamps used to make everything work):

Tial 38mm wastegate with dump tube:

    TRM engine mount:

Porsche 3.5" MAF, K&N intake filter, and 6 BRK7E spark plugs:

Oil drain hose and AN fitting to drain to the oil drain plug:

    Tial 50mm BOV:

Misc parts (t-bolt clamps, uuc oil cap, fittings, SS lines, misc hoses, and everything needed/used to hold everything together):

    42lb injectors:

Complete v-band exhaust system with cat and muffler (also has extra bung holes with plugs for OBD1 or OBD2 system use).

And the most important thing of all the GT30R .82 AR with v-band exhaust:

For the sake of shipping would you be willing to sell it without the exhaust? I know you don't want to part it out, but just wondering

I could ship the exhaust via Grey Hound, which would be a lot cheaper than having a custom one built.

I already have an exhaust. I was really just looking to grab everything else.

Does this setup come with a boost gauge, wideband or any other sensor/gauges?

No, but I did/do have a DEFI link set up that has the boost/egt/oil pressure set up. I am selling that set up separately for $500.

If you're interested in everything but the exhaust, I can work something out with you.

Is this your personal kit and why did you remove it?

Also I assume you ran this with a stock HG? Did you dyno with the base map?

Yep, this is my personal kit that I put together, ran on my car and took off.

I kind of screwed myself from the beginning trying to cheap out on a tuning option since I was OBD2 at the time, and tried running the Greddy E-manage unit to tune my car with. That turned out to be a wiring nightmare and destroyed my ECU, and unknowingly at the time also took out 2 of my spark plug coils. After that, I ended up converting to OBD1 to get the car tuned by TRM.

The entire time I was trying to diagnose a rough running issue, which I thought was because of a small vacuum leak. However, I decided that I didn't have the time and resources to do this any longer (selling the car), so I took everything off of the car. Only then the car was still running rough and was I finally able to pin point that 2 of the spark plug coils had burnt out. Simple mistake/solution, but something that I was not able to figure out sooner.

So I never dyno'd the car. I only drove it around on the streets. Even though everything is sold as is, I am fairly confident in all of the parts. All of the parts used were exactly what I wanted, with no short cuts made. Everything seemed to have boosted fine up to 10psi. All the pipes held vacuum (I am including a vacuum tester I made for the kit as well). The BOV and WG all actuated and worked correctly.

Forgot to mention, yes, I did run this with a stock HG, but with ARP head bolts (not included, since that's the only thing that wasn't work taking off of the car). The kit was put together with the intention of having a good street powered car, that built boost sooner/quicker, but still could put down a lot of power. Just not dyno queen type numbers.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Feel free to ask any and all.

And it is sold. Thanks for the interest guys.

I am sure it'll make the new owner fairly happy, and I can't wait to see the numbers/power this thing is going to be able to put out.

Tentatively putting this back up for sale. I am going to only be accepting USPS MO for this item, due to the amount that's involved. I don't feel comfortable with paypal for this much money, plus their fees would be as much as the shipping costs for everything.

I've been on here for a while, so there shouldn't be any worries to my legitimacy

Let me know if I missed anybody. Been a bit busy lately, so sometimes I'd read the PM but forget to respond to it later.

100% will not separate other than the tune, if the buyer does not want/need it.
