    4WD question

    I am a newbie to bmw. Bought my wife a used 06 x3. Downloaded owner's manual to decode operation of car. After a rain, my wife decide to back in to back yard (grass). Yep, stuck as a duck. So much for 4wd. Computer decided to limit throttle and apply brakes (BRAKE and 4wd lights on) W.T.F. Is there a way to defeat this system? Had to push 2 tons of car by hand. Thanks in advance!

    Solved all My BMW problems. Got a Toyota. Suffer Y'all.
