    Replacing Cam Sensor in 2000 323i

    Does anyone have instructions on how to replace the intake cam sensor on a 2000 323i? Thank you

    It's really pretty easy. You have to remove the vanos oil pressure sender, a 32mm open end wrench will work. Then you should be able to get to the cam sensor. The bolt on it is a 6mm hex, I think. It may help you to remove the engine lifting bracket and the oil filter lid.
