mmmm...that was the year they went from preface to face.....but I am unsure of the tail lights. Lets check the wiki, shall we?

I think it would depend on the production month.....but as it says above....they did change.

I have depos for a 99 - 01 sedan in my 02 sedan. when my cousin owned the car he was sent the wrong ones and since the common tail light wireing issue had happend he just rewired the pre facelift ones to the new face lift wireing. I will eventually fix it but havent had time. The facelift has a second brake bulb in the main outer part of the tail light and the pre face lift has one.
