E30 Seat Twist Repair Info Sought

Both the seat backs are twisted and uncomfortable, even with pads, after about 30 minutes. These are the standard leatherette style non-sport seats that came in the '89 325i.

Looking for a link or a thread that can help with identifying and repairing this issue. Lots of info for other models but can't seem to find anything for the e30.

Take them apart and bend them back into shape. On mine the frames were merely bent from 20 years of repetitive in/out of the car.
