    1991 E30 Touring - Bimmer Mag Shoot Pics

    Since the new issue of Bimmer is now on the Stands I thought I'd share the pics that were taken for my Touring (featured in the august issue which is coming off the stands)...

    David Hauter came to visit and was a great guy and took some nice shots and wrote up a nice article on the Touring...

    That is a Kevin Chin Creative Options interior... He sourced the kick ass euro vinyl (felt soooo good)... and then sent me the pieces to reupholster the fronts while he custom did the rears for me...

    Looks great man! That car is the epitome of a car that you have to know what you're looking at to be impressed... To most, it looks like an old station wagon. But man, there is so much rare/special stuff there!

    That interior was brand new with discontinued "recaro-style" vinyl from the motherland... It was softer than the US stuff, still as durable, and felt/looked nicer than leather IMO...

    Found and stitched together by Kevin Chinn.. creativeoptions.info...

    He sent me the front pieces as a 'kit' which I installed over a couple evenings after work and then did a custom job for me on the rears... It was perfect and as OE as you could get it to look...
