Feeler 1997 Z3 with S52 swap

What is a 1997 1.9 with a s52 engine and trans that has less than 40K on it worth? Also has GC coilovers and a few other goodies. Not looking for exact or I would give more info. Just an average 1.9 in fair shape with 125K on the odo. I haven't finished the engine yet, but it is being gone through totally.

Offers? Ideas? About to add a 98 M3/4dr to the stable. and are looking at another sports car option.

My best guess is 7 grand. Could be more or less depending on condition of the car and the quality of the work.
