Guys -
After 10 years of development and enjoyment, I'm thinking about selling MDORPHN -- my highly modified '99 M Coupe (described in sig). It is among the quickest and best sorted boosted M Coupes out there that is street legal and OBDII compliant. Very well-maintained 134,000 miles, with only 13,000 miles on a RRT-rebuilt engine. Given narrow market for such a car, I'd appreciate advice on or offline about selling it.
MODERATORS: Would appreciate your allowing this thread to remain on this forum. Thanks.

MDORPHN - 2011 Alpine White 1 Series M Coupe w/stuff
Another one! Wtf guys?!
Wait, what?! Why? GLWS, if we can't convince you to keep it.
Such an incredible car!
Give it to Brian!
Seriously...Neil, as much as it's weird for me to say this...I can see you in something else. I'm not sure what. I don't ever see you towing a car, so you would need something that could tow.
At any rate, as far as you've developed your car, I really can't see how much more you can do without taking it off the street and I know you don't want to do that.
I couldn't even begin to imagine what you'd ask/get for it.
Good luck and sorry if this is a mid-life crisis thing!
Hmm, can an Exige tow a trailer?

Neil, I'll give you my 04 Miataspeed for it with a few extra sheckels thrown in to sweeten the deal, you need a ragtop.Your car hasn't been redlined or anything rude, has it?
Yeah, all over The Country. In a week!
Likewise, hard to put a number on a car like yours, but I don't think you should "settle" for a price; your car has blazed a lot of trails, and there's some pretty significant history behind it.
It actually might be a candidate for one of the major auction houses, but you should do some research, in order to pick the right venue to offer it (Lime Rock/BMW-Rolex historics come to mind...).
In other news, I just delivered an M Rdstr last night back to a guy that Brett (KMS) suggested he "part out" (extensive trunkfloor damage). I understand that Brett was pretty impressed with pictures he saw of the work.
Good luck with your Coupe, wish I was in a position to buy it...
Neil,
I wish you the best with the sale of your M Coupe. Hopefully the first member of the SC'd Imola trio can stay locally!
All,
If you are remotely interested in one of the best built M Coupes, you should definitely consider contacting Neil.
Things you might like to buy:
Lots of Z3 stuff!
Sorry to hear Neil.... hmmmmmm.....

Now that I see Randy's perspective, I would say do some work and research and see if it will go for a good price somewhere.
Obviously the market has to be where you want and the right seller has to in attendance that wants to buy the car. Otherwise if you were to throw it up on here and autotrader and whatnot to not deal with the auction stuff, I'd say 30 is a good price point. Still don't settle, there is always a buyer for every seller, just might take a little bit to find him / her.
