Windshield wipers not working

[95 BMW 740i]

I just got my car out of storage and washed it, went to use the wipers and nothing. I checked all of the fuses and none of them were blown, does anyone have any ideas or have this problem?

Do a search, you wiper relay can be bad

good thing I ordered 2 then lol. Is it normal to see these all corodid, and almost look burnt?

Yep, moist will do that to the relay

well I put in all new fuses and both relays and still got nothin from the wipers, any more ideas?
and the moonroof only goes up, wont come back down or go back.

someone mentioned an ics module to me and said that this could be the problem, what do you guys think?

I called a stealership today and they said it could be a wiper motor or comfort control module and they said about $500. can anyone tell me how hard it is to replace either of these?
