something sounds loose, as soon as i apply the brake, it goes away

i noticed a rattling noise coming from the back left tire wen goin slow when i apply the brake it doesnt do it anymore.
a fnd just changed my brake pads about a month ago.so i thought it was maybe a pad being loose, i looked under and both shields seem to be bent towards the inside. idk if he bent them tryin to put evrything back together..

do you guys think that might be doing the rattlin noise? i dont have time to fix it now.. i might be able to next weekend.

    thanks for your time
