will 17" replica wheels ride as smoothly as 17" oem wheels?

I am looking at a set of 17" m5 replica wheels for my car. however i was wondering if they will ride as smoothly as oem wheels?
if i do buy them, they will be from the wheel exchange. their wheels are first line german tuv approved and the come w/a one year warranty on the finish.
they seem to be the best replicas out there, and i am all for them. my only concern is the ride.
will my car still ride smoothly?:

If they are round and don't have any jagged edges, they will be smooth. Depends more on your tire choice.

The consensus seems to be that they are the best deal out there. Very good performing tire, for a crazy low price.

I have found that it matters more on the tire you get. The higher perf. tires will give you a stiffer ride while the cheaper tires will be much softer.
