OK....sorry to go OT a bit here, but....
What motor is in the Probe GT there? I know the older ones had turbo 4 bangers. That's a V6, right? I imagine that's a bit of a handfull autox'ing since you've got all that weight up front, and the turning wheels are the drive wheels too.
BTW, is your SHO 1st gen or 2nd? Can't remember when the cut-off for the 1st gen is. One of my ex-g/f's alomst got a 1st gen. Great cars, high revving Yamaha V6, and only available in a stick. Not your average Taurus. @nd gens weren't bad either, but only available as an auto and not as fast in a straight line as the Pontiac Grand Prix GTP nor the Buick Regal GS (factory blowers are cool!). I can't tell you how many Taurus owners I pissed off at lights in my GTP since they thought they had the fastest Domestic sedan out in the late '90s.

first gen probes and a 2.0l 4 the gts had a 2.0l turbo
secend gen probes had a 2.0l 4 cyl the gts had a 2.5l v6
first gen shos had a 3.0l yahama v6 only on manual
second gen shos had 3.0l yahama v6 in manual and a 3.2l yahama v6 for the autos manual and autos where both avabile in 2nd gens
3.2l for autos
3.0l for manuals
neather are really faster then others just depends on the driver
probes handle very well the weight is somewhat up there but the v6 power really makes up for the weight..
even lower profile tires make a big difference

Open it in PS or some other image editor and save it at a smaller resolution/quality.

Bread 320i, better get a sandblaster on that rust, before it goes too bad, if not is not going to be a safe car..... Get some rust converter or rust encapsulator from Eastwood.
e30 325i, the mighty 4 door granma mobile....Gone
e39 528i, 4 door sports tank
yes yes i know theres alot of rust. i dont know what im going to do yet but i better start thinking right
And I thought my car was rusted.
Uh.....2nd gen SHO had the V8. It might have been a Yamaha, can't remember. But I DO remember that most of the car people (esp Ford fans) were sorta pissy that the V8 in the 2nd gen SHO couldn't beat the V6 (granted with a blower) in the GTP and Regal GS.
