Going thru folders of older pics.. stumbled accross a nice shot of our Southwest Decal.
BTW: i still have one pair left
coo...yeah matt, that az e30 325i is pretty nice (i love that dark gray color on e30's), he's on the azbmw.org boards (i think his name is also matt, membername is howitzer).
btw, i've got another pic.....it's the Alpina Bar from the Group Buy Tony (Velocewest on Tricrod's site) installed.
so far, i've noticed that a lot of the little noises from the front of the car have gone away (noises like little creaks/clicks). hopefully, i'll be auto'xing in about two weeks...and see if the bar made any difference in handling.
how much bigger than the iS bar is it? and do you now have one from the suspension techniques that u arent using?
Looking thru older pics.. here's a shoot me and jbob did, a set when both our cars are actually put together and looking as hot as we have them so far! (all our exterior mods finished...for now)

Ok Guys, I was finally able to take some good photos of my car today. Today was 02 Fest East at Lime Rock Park and they allowed me to park on the front straight with everyone else. Except that I parked by Turn 1.
Here's an updated photo:
Ok, that car is just hot...

Jason, is the bar available for purchase from a vendor? I would be interested in getting that, even paying full price.Originally Posted by jbob

pat & gj,
try emailing tony (his screenname on the e21 forums is usually velocewest): simsanthony@comcast.net to see if he has any extra ones left over from the group buy.
the bars are made by David Lumbra: http://www.angelfire.com/de3/bimmertoyz/alpina.html
if either of them have 2 bars in stock, you can probably save a little in shipping if you guys combine your orders (and have both bars shipped to one person)
What is the bar made of Jason? You know the alloy? Is it tubing or solid rod?
it's steel tubing (maybe 1/8" thick)....can't say if it's mild or stainless, more than likely mild
thasnks Jason, sent David an email. man, I think I am going to have my hands full this winter, lots of parts to be installed in the e21.... :-)
