    97 Z3 2.8 Fuel Pump Replacement?

Does anyone have experience replacing the fuel pump on a 1997 2.8? I see where the sender is located behind the passenger front seat but but I'm assuming that the assembly there does not contain the fuel pump? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

The fuel pump and sender are one unit. Don't forget to get the tank around 1/8 full before removing the sender.

Thanks for the answer. Follow-up question: does that mean I don't need to drop the tank to replace it? Can I just remove that unit which is accessible from behind the pasenger seat and replace it? I can't find any detailed steps or photo's of how it's done. Thanks!
