Code P0443-evap purge valve ciruit

Mine threw that code last year. Replaced the valve in maybe ten minutes......no more code. After doing my entire secondary air system, that valve was like a day off

Okay, I will see if the valve here is the culprit. I've also heard of a tank breather valve being the problem? Where would that be located?

The only breather I know of is the vent valve under the hood, which I replaced. #20 here is labeled "breather", but they kindly cut off the drawing

I know this is a late reply but the purge check valve is in the fuel injection part diagram area, I think:

Check the gas cap!!!!

Reset the code, leave the gas cap off and see if it comes back.

Yes there is a sensor in the cap

Did this, And check engine disappeared! What should be my next move? Buy a new gas cap?
