Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, FK does not disclose their spring rates, similar to H&R. We have contacted FK on several occasions and they are not willing to confirm their rates.

Silverline X E36 M3 Coilover System-Adjustable, but now that the price went up i'm considering going to a lower kit.

Also how would you rate the difference in dampening vs this kit:
Highsport E36 M3 Coilover Kit-Non Adjustable.

I don't plan on going much lower than stock, and i want to retain as much ride quality as possible. Would the adjustable kit on full soft be softer or harsher than the non adjustable kit?
