Broken bolt in Lower Control Arm

The PO of my car put on aftermarket solid bushings in the LCA, however when he put it back together one time he snapped a bolt inside of it. So now, there's one bolt broken and one holding everything together. Whenever I get up to 60+, I get this vibration coming from that side of the car, and makes me kinda nervous.

So, how can I fix it? My BMW specialist says they have to replace the whole LCA, but me and the PO think its easier to just drill out the bolt and replace it with a fresh one.

    Any suggestions?

    Bump?
