    New to me 325i...

Well my search for a new(er) E34 has ended up in me buying an E36 that I couldn't turn down. Monday or Tuesday of next week I'll be picking up a 9/92 build date 1993 325i 5-spd with sport package, winter package, extra set of winter wheels and tires. 2 owners, 153k. All service records. Lagunda (sp?) green with tan interior. Only aftermarket items are Koni shocks all around. Previous owner has had it since 2001. Adult driven and owned since day one.

    Only issues to speak of:

Owner says that parking brake sticks on, so he just leaves it in gear when he parks. The driver's window does not work. There is a small, repairable amount of rust along the bottom of the drivers door, rockers and front fenders.

I'll post pics next week when I pick it up. Drove it last weekend and it was very tight. Interior is immaculate save for a small amount of wear on the driver's seat bolster.

Can anybody point me to the thread that you can post the last 7 of your VIN to get the original MSRP along with options? I can't seem to find it or remember which section it was in.

    Thanks much, more to follow.

Be careful, rust is cancer, and it is way worse than the surface appears.
