If you search for the car on Baltimore CL, you will see it.
It has 3 M-parts and one 15'' style 5. At least one of the M-Pars has a flat tire.
The ad says that the car does not run, and you can see from the pics that the car looks to be in pretty bad shape.
Low price, though.
