What does this Nav icon mean?

its a euro thing....alerts you to check news headlines on the hour

Yes...I do hear a chime occasionally. I'm not sure how this feature was turned on and if I did it it was not on purpose.

So, how do I turn it off?

Go to the main screen and then into set. In the set menu there should be an option called memo. Turn memo off. For any other tone that sounds the same it is probably because it is below 37 degrees F outside.

BTW...there are only 3 or 4 "gong" tones...which you can hear if you've unlocked your OBC...then run TEST #13.

The HOUR MEMO is the only one with the distinctive 3 BEEPS (heard 15 seconds before the hour) when initiated.

All the gong tones can be heard in the video below:

1. Hour Memo (3 beeps)
2. Ice Warning/Outside Temp (1 gong)
3. Limit MPH/Low Fuel Warning (1 gong)
4. All the Check Control System Warnings (Lights On; Keys In Ignition; Low Coolant: etc)

^^ I literally did that for the first time today. I finally figured out out to unlock the obc today and I tried out all the test.
