    balancing rotors ?

    ok .. i have a set of 993 tt rotors that i need to get balanced cuz they were wobbling when we mounted them on my car .. anyone know how much it costs per rotor to get them balanced or where i could take them .. some people say any brake shop .. other people are like not just any brake shop ?? im in nj if it helps any .. thanks

    Are the rotors used or new? They should be balanced from the factory. If they need to be rebalanced, you mught want to try calling around to automotive machine shops.

    You sure it's the rotors that are wobbling or is it something else loose in the front suspension causing a shimmy at speed??

    an on car wheel balance would balance everything out. might be a cheaper alternative.

    How exactly are you checking for wobble?
    Are you bolting the wheel on with at least 4 studs?
