CPS error code, changed, still there?

So my 1997 540 started running terribly, misfiring and shaking quite badly while driving. Previous to this every so often the car would stall when coming to a stop.

    I got the following codes:

    Camshaft position sensor
Misfire with cylinder cut out total
Misfire sum relevant to exhaust gas
    Activation map cooling
Misfiring with Cylinder cut out, cyl 4
    Misfire cyl 4
Oxygen sensor ageing before cat conv cyl 5-8
Oxygen sensor ageing before cat conv cyl 1-4

I figure it was just my CPS, so I went ahead and changed it...problem still there? I forgot to clear codes so I need to go back and do that but I'm assuming the same is going to re-appear.

You may want to look in the plug wells to see if there is oil in them, then check all of the air intake boots for rips, lastly clean the idle air valve.
