    I don't like the more track-style wheels; those would definitely be out of place. Also, I don't want to go smaller than 360mm; even at 370 the gauges get cut off thanks to the CC and other displays on the cluster.

    IMHO that style is to 70's for an E34.
    Google Porsche CS steering wheel (club sport). You might like that one.

    I'd post a pic of the one had in my 968, but I'm on my iPhone.
