    SALE Outer door handle gaskets

I have them on stock, $30 shipped by airmail, non registered. In case you want to have them sent by registered air, add $5. Fit on E32, E34, E34 and Z3.
    http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1055252
These are better than the ones offered on ebay sometimes, more flexible, better fit. One comment by jamesjtyler dt. 02-24-2012: Just want to let everyone know that Shogun's a great guy to work with. These are the best gaskets on the market. Don't buy the ones from eBay. They're plastic and don't fit properly. I spent an hour try to make them work and threw them out. The one Shogun sells are rubber and install literally in minutes. Thanks Shogun for a great product!

comments by user: "Install tip - do it at night in the dark with a flashlight so you can see in the access hole. The slider is not obvious. It is right up against panel toward the rear of the car. Once you see it, it is an easy job. I had to throw a blanket over my head and door to see what was going on in there. I have not received mine yet, I had a sticky door handle and the access hole allowed me to spray silicon on the pivot points of the door handle and it now works. I received mine today. Very fast turnaround from Japan. They installed in 15 minutes and are a great fit. Thanks Shogun!"

As today someone said on Bimmerboard:
Subject:different maker Author: e32express735i: I bought the Malaysia/Thailand set for US$31 in March and I'd go with shogun's as the fit whilst good, isn't the best. May/June '88 (manuf. date) E32 735i sedan
Comment today by Allan from Australia, E34 owner: Erich, I received the door handle gaskets today. The rubber is very pliable so it will make a good seal. Another job on the to do list! Thanks mate.
    Some comments:
comment by jhudges on the E34 forum yesterday: 95 525 5sp
Finally installed today. Old ones basically disintegrated upon removal! Shogun's seals are exact factory matches and fit perfectly. Took about 20 minutes for all 4 doors.
    ----------------
No way, I ordered a set of these a while back and they fit like a glove. Nice and pliable, and fit PERFECT. I read other posts about crap parts that had a ton of flashing, would break when installed and these are not like that at all. All four of them for my E34 fit perfect, no trimming necessary and once out of the package they were very soft. They are shipped quickly.

The difference is >$70.00 savings for you.

The dealer does not sell them as single items, but only the much more expensive outer door handles complete.
Example: 1 Covering front left E32 51211938285, just for reference as price sample at Pelicanparts: 51-21-1-938-285-BOE Genuine BMW part $25.25
    4 x $25.25 = $101.00 plus shipping

My set of 4 outer door handle gaskets costs $30 INCLUDING shipping by airmail

And do not buy the ones which are sold on the Bay. I have bought them before and was not so satisfied about the fitting, the softness.
That is why I have new ones now made from softer material and better fitting.

Read here, there also a person was asking if I sell the same ones and the reactions of some which bought from me
    http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1381192

The ones on the Bay only people buy now which do not know the better quality, they went down with prices meanwhile but people uy from me the better quality.

my pleasure, glad I could help.

Here just the answer from dantheman67, he owns an E34 540

Got them a few days ago in the mail. The packaging is organized thoughtfully, and the gaskets are rubbery and flexible. Installation was a snap. Thanks Shogun.

    Shogun,

I got the door handle seals and installed them on my M5 the other night. They were great!! I bought a set for my E32 from Ebay several years ago and had a lot of trouble getting them installed, but yours worked very well. The total installation time was about 15 minutes. Thank you for the great parts and service!=

Thanks Shogun, got them last week and after a weekend of working on the car I ran out of time before I could fit them!
Still, they arrived safe and sound and they certainly feel like quality.

    Feedback from Werner525i, E34 owner:
    see old - new:
    http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/...e/Photo003.jpg
    http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/...e/Photo004.jpg

instructions for E36, see how the slider moves
Here a video how to do on the E36, made by jbate and his comment:
This video will give you an idea of what you have to do while the handle is still in the door. First you need to pull the rubber cover back. I have seen a DIY where the guy used a paint gallon lid opener, I used a set of picks. The whole thing is done by feel because you can't see a damn thing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=gGE7ncBE_vQ

read this statement about quality and fit compared to the ones offered on the Bay:

@Mydnyte: 1 set for your E32 740iL was just sent out to Lake in the Hills, IL, thanks

Here some pics before and after from an E36 which someone made for me after replacing the old gaskets with my ones:

As I frequently get PM's if I have the outer door handle gaskets on stock - especially now when all are preparing their cars for winter -, yes, available. I do not post that always when I ship them, so the thread is not on top of the pages.
For those which want to have cheaper ones and lower quality, there are stiffer, less good fitting ones on the bay, but as jamesjtyler said in my F/S thread:

Just want to let everyone know that Shogun's a great guy to work with. These are the best gaskets on the market. Don't buy the ones from eBay. They're plastic and don't fit properly. I spent an hour try to make them work and threw them out. The one Shogun sells are rubber and install literally in minutes. Thanks Shogun for a great product!

Henry: 1 set for your E34 shipped to Woollahra, NSW, Australia
Comment by Henry: Hi Shogun, I understand you sell door handle gaskets for the E34 that fit? I had a poor experience buying some on eBay that did not. The car is an Oct'88 Build M20B25, the door handles are metallic (not plastic like have seen on the E36). I would be looking for a set of 4 gaskets to cover all doors with shipping to Woollahra, NSW, Australia.
