I was wondering how it could be faster than my office servers/isp;

Just to be sure: These are all the "chapters" in one single file (with the nice blue papers between the sections), right? If one combined all the other pdf files, we'd end up with this "new" one?


And I don't mean to hijack the thread but... I've got the exploded parts diagrams/parts list in PDF format if anyone's interested. (only the 1980 model year tho).

make sure to do a test print using double sided printing. it may not fit a 3" binder if you only do one sided printing. plus you'll have to turn every other page 180deg to make it look right.

I know CJ has some of these bound (from a previous scanning) but I was thinking about getting this scanning printed. I have a place that will do it with a spiral bind for around $60. I don't know if there is a volume discount, this price is for one. Anyone in the LA area interested?

depends on the condition. i paid 10 bucks for mine in a junkyard because it was in the back seat of a 320is and they said they have no use for the factory manuals. i've seen a huge range of prices on ebay though, from 10 bucks to 150 bucks

i can print this for a small fee for people who dont have the means to print a 700+ page document

even kinko's or staples would cost 50-80 bucks
