oh yeah i forgot i have a E36 M3 sedan.
I'd do a search on this topic.... it's been discussed soooo many times.
It really depends on what you are going to do with the car.
ground control but I'm gettin KW, go figure...
ACS | AA | Conforti | UUC | JTD | Ro_JA | Pirelli | ZKW | DDEL+ | FK | Viper | Philips | Xtec | Rieger | Hartge | RE
Moton, upwards of $4K
What do you want to do with the car? for street driving, the H&R coilovers can't be beat.
Well what i was really looking forward to doing with the car was have it mainly street...but i plan on tracking the car to once and a while.
H&R for mainly street, GC 375/450 is easily livable on the street though.
I have GC 450/525 6" springs all around on mostly street with shitty ass roads and its still bearable.
I love my PSS-9s. You have to mess with the front sway links to get it to work with the e36 M3 correctly, but I think the adjustability is worth it. The soft settings are very streetable and the hard settings are awesome at the track. Don't even have to jack it up to adjust it. Best of both worlds.

Mods? A few here & there...
i have the fk suspention and it rides so smooth. the h&r is much stiffer. but that all depends on what you are doing with the car. my 99 m3 is a street car and i dont want a harsh ride
jt designs, do a search, use that feature, im runnin their rear shock mounts, havn't had any problems
This shop ripped me off and they'll rip you off too!

i guess i'll just add the rsm's in while i have my mech under there i might as well get it all done with...i actually had a break on one of my rsm's abotu a yr ago and bmw welded it back together under warranty, if i would of known i would of just got new performance ones. But anyways John how would you compare your suspension to the stock suspension?

Mods? A few here & there...
my personal opinion is if you gonna put aftermarket suspension on your car dont get no soft crap, go with H&R its a big company they specifically make the suspension for your year and model, its been tested and proven, also its not even that stiff, it will be the first 2,3 days and then it should settle, i had mine for about 2 months now and i dont think its that much stiffer than stock, and if it is, its not that notisable or annoying, anything softer you wont even feel like your car is lowered...
allright guys thanks for the help i'm gonna call up GC and H&R i think those are my 2 last options, i'm leaning more towards the H&R though....i'll let you guys know what happens
Problem is that once you start to mod your car (which you will) it will be harded to customize you suspension with H&R. If you ever get out to a track event or Autox you'll be hooked and you'll put up with the harsher ride, which isn't harsh at all.
It's funny that my GC CO's with 450/500 springs (I went up from 375/450), my car rides nicer then cars with Bilsteins....
